Payment information is handled by our payment processor. DLA does not store full card numbers.
Refunds and Cancellations
Donations are generally non refundable unless required by law or unless DLA determines a refund is appropriate in a specific circumstance. Refund and transfer rules for program enrollments are governed by the applicable program policies presented at checkout and on the relevant policy pages. For merchandise purchases, return and refund rules are governed by the policies shown at purchase.
Program Enrollment Terms
If you enroll in a DLA program, you agree to comply with all published standards, conduct rules, safeguarding requirements, and any required waivers or consent documents. Enrollment does not guarantee participation if minimum standards are not met or if conduct or safety requirements are violated. DLA may remove or deny participation to protect safety, legal compliance, or program integrity, consistent with applicable policies.
